I spent 15 years hands-on with the marketing infrastructure that powers some of the world's largest digital platforms — across cloud, fintech, and enterprise software. Now I am building the agents that automate the workflows I used to run by hand.
Over 15 years running marketing technology programs at enterprise scale, I worked inside some of the most sophisticated MarTech stacks in the world — CMS platforms managing millions of content assets, customer data platforms unifying behavioral signals across hundreds of millions of users, CRMs with years of account and opportunity intelligence.
The stacks were sophisticated. The data was rich. But the ten workflows that drove the most pipeline — website personalization for named accounts, GEO gap detection, campaign brief creation, content compliance auditing, VoC synthesis — were all still being done manually. Not because the technology did not exist to automate them. Because nobody had built the orchestration layer that connected the technology to the workflow.
I came away from those programs with a clear view of what the orchestration layer needed to look like — and built flowmatos to build it.
Most "AI for marketing" products are content generation tools with a marketing website. They are useful but they are not the thing that matters most. The thing that matters is the orchestration layer — the agent pipeline that takes data from the CRM, makes a decision, and takes action in the CMS, all without a human in the middle.
I also believe that the workflows worth automating are the ones with pipeline consequences. Website personalization that moves pipeline velocity. GEO gap detection that increases AI citation rates. Campaign brief automation that gets campaigns to market two weeks earlier.
And I believe in building on top of what enterprises already have, not replacing it. AEM, Salesforce, Adobe AEP, Contentful — these are the systems of record that took years and millions of dollars to implement. The right AI architecture is an orchestration layer on top of them, not a new stack beside them.
SignalMint (live) is the GEO gap detection and content brief generation tool. It probes Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini with your buyers' real questions — 12+ queries across 4 buying-stage categories — scores each citation gap 0–100 by urgency, and generates AI-written content briefs you can take directly into your CMS.
AccountLens (live) is the B2B website personalization agent. It resolves every inbound visitor to a known Salesforce account in real time — in under 50 milliseconds — reads deal stage, ICP tier, and open opportunity context, and injects account-aware content at AEM server-side render time. Zero JS overlay. Zero content flicker.
ReachMint (live) is the community outreach intelligence tool. It identifies the highest-signal communities and forums where your buyers are active, surfaces the right threads to engage, and helps you build authentic presence in the conversations that drive pipeline.
CampaignMint (live) is the campaign brief automation tool. It takes a target segment and campaign objective, pulls in account intelligence and market signals, and generates a complete, ready-to-brief campaign brief — cutting weeks of internal alignment into hours.
All four tools are live at flowmatos.com. If you run a B2B marketing team and any of these problems are on your priority list, I would like to talk. hiren@flowmatos.com
